Full Body Stretch

This is session is an active isolated stretching technique with myofascial release incorporated into the stretch. Shorts and a tank top/t-shirt are required for this session. Active isolated stretching is a gentle method of stretching specific muscles while requiring active participation of the person being stretched.

Hot or Cold Stone Massage

Therapeutic massage using heated salt stones to help warm the tissues and muscles. This treatment provides relief to tired and sore muscles. Therapeutic massage using cold marble stones are used to help reduce inflammation, relieve migraines, improve circulation and lower blood pressure.

Cancellation policy:

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments including gift certificate sessions. A credit card will be required to book all appointments. Missed or no-show appointments will result in you being charged the full amount of the session booked and it will need to be paid before any future appointments are scheduled/rendered. This will include all paid, pre-paid, gift certificate or massage series/package sessions. Full payment is required at the time of service. Emergency cancellations will be determined by the discretion of the massage therapist.
